Shipping Policy

Processing time:

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated processing time. If you order is in-stock it will be processed with 24 hours, however if we are out of stock it may take 5-7 business days to process prior to shipping.

Domestic Shipping information:

Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm EST. All orders MUST BE received and fully processed for fulfillment before 2:00 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday(Excluding Holidays). Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement.

3rd Day: 3 Business Days (Ground Service) $20.00
2nd Day: 2 Business Days $30.00
Next Day: Week Day Delivery $45.00

Signing for your shipment:

A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible nor do we reimburse shipment costs for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. For additional information, please email info@texturecrush.com.

International Shipping Information: (5-7 Business Days after processing time)

We use USPS Priority Mail on all international shipments and charge a flat rate of $45 on all orders. All international orders must go through customs and deliver in (7-10) business days after processing. It is your responsibility to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package.

Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeps your happiness our top priority.  Each bundle has been cared for by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team immediately at  info@texturecrush.com.

Returns:

We do not offer refunds on our products, but would be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit within the first three (3) days of receipt of your order if you receive a product that you believe is defective. Please note that approved exchanges begin processing once we receive the product back in our possession.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange you order you must request within (5) business days of receipt and product must be in its original condition. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Please note: we do not offer exchanges if the hair is colored, cut, blown out, combed out or processed in any manner. Please note you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange, unless our system caused the error.
